Our Story

Sabine & Isabel met in 2003 while working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Over the last 20 years, both built well-established international careers becoming leaders in the Sales & Marketing field for the luxury hospitality industry. At the same time, Sabine & Isabel have always shared the common vision of establishing their own representation and communication company.

In 2020 their passion for the industry and long-standing experience have led them to establish R&G Collection. Strategically located in two key markets (DACH and GCC) the objective is to offer the most personalized service through their extensive expertise, engaging storytelling, and a conscious focus on a more purposeful journey.

Sabine Renner

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Sabine is a Sales & Marketing expert with over two decades of experience. After completing her Tourism Management degree in Austria, she moved to the US for a Management Training Program at the Auberge du Soleil, a Relais & Chateaux hotel . Over the last years, her career has taken her to Spain, France and Dubai where she has led the Sales & Marketing teams at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, the Martinez in Cannes and the Park Hyatt Dubai.

Born in Brazil, Sabine has lived in 7 countries and is fluent in 5 languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and English).

She currently shares her time between Munich and Dubai.

Isabel Grosse

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Isabel is a seasoned commercial expert with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has successfully held several leadership positions in Sales & Marketing for large hotel corporations as well as renowned family led properties. Among others, she has worked for the Schloss Elmau, the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotel Group. In her last role she was the Director of Leisure Sales Central Europe for Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Isabel has studied tourism at the FH Munich and expanded her hotel experience „on property“ in the US, Egypt and Austria.

Isabel lives with her family in Munich.

Andrea Schneider

PR Director

Andrea is a true PR guru. After studying communications in Salzburg, Austria, she developed the lifestyle and hotel division at STILART followed by 6 years at RUBY Hotels, were she was responsible for building up the PR and marketing activities as well as the media presence for the brand. To further expand her expertise, she spent a few years at a renowed PR agency in Munich and since worked on several exciting projects as freelance PR and communications specialist. Andrea delivers brand experiences both on and offline, focusing on the uniqueness of the people behing the brands and the projects she manages.
