Renner & Grosse Collection is a boutique agency with offices in Munich and Dubai, specialising in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, founded by Sabine Renner and Isabel Grosse.

We met in 2003 while working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Over two decades, we have held senior leadership positions in Sales & Marketing within luxury hospitality. Throughout our careers, we shared the same ambition: to build a company founded on personal relationships, deep industry expertise and a genuine passion for luxury travel.

In 2020, that ambition became reality. Positioned across DACH and the GCC, we provide highly personalised representation and communication services for a select portfolio of luxury hospitality brands.

Our Story

Sabine & Isabel met in 2003 while working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Over the last 20 years both built well-established international careers becoming leaders in the Sales & Marketing field for the luxury hospitality industry. At the same time, Sabine & Isabel have always shared the common vision of establishing their own representation and communication company.

In 2020 their passion for the industry and long-standing experience has led them to establish R&G Collection. Strategically located in two key markets (DACH and GCC) the objective is to offer the most personalized service through their extensive expertise, engaging storytelling and a conscious focus on a more purposeful travel.
